Formation of the export company “Noë Van Speybroeck, plc”. Besides the production and export of flower bulbs a wide range of plants were commercialised.
2000
Dismantlement of the flower bulbs exports and focus on the French and English markets aimed at the commercialisation of the house & garden plant market.
2008
Takeover by “Amatus plc”, the holding around the vegetable and fruit export company “Calsa”.
2009
Acquisition and occupation of the premises in “Lokeren, Belgium”, with a surface area comprising 35 000m².
